Description
The POS Technician will be part of the Printer / POS / Auto ID Team at Albamedia. The person will be responsible for providing remote/online and on-site support, as well as pre-sales assistance to our customers. Our company’s reputation is built on the swift and effective response to all customer needs. The hired individual will have direct contact with International Brands in the IT field, mainly Printers and peripheral hardware (HW).
Responsibilities
-Daily tasks will involve direct communication with staff members who need support in interpreting and understanding key specifications of the products we sell.
-Assisting end customers during the initial stages of hardware installation and following up on warranty and non-warranty issues within our service.
-Reporting and tracking daily activities and managing necessary maintenance requests/tickets.
