Job Description
Albamedia is looking for a proactive Merchandiser to join our team. The role focuses on working closely with retail partners to drive sales of Albamedia's products in key retail channels. The successful candidate will develop and implement merchandising strategies to maximize product visibility and increase sales.

Main Responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of merchandising plans to improve sales performance of Albamedia products in retail locations.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with retail partners, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• Monitoring product displays, inventory levels and in-store promotions to optimize product availability and visibility.
• Analyzing sales data and market trends to adapt strategies and improve performance.
• Coordinating with the marketing team to align in-store promotions with overall marketing strategies.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of merchandising or retail experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
• Good knowledge of English and MS Office.
• Ability to establish business contacts and relationships at all levels of an organization. Self-motivated, with passion and good relationship building skills.
• Independent and proactive personality, with excellent communication skills and knowledge of market trends.
• Driver's license - active driver (possibility of occasional domestic travel).
