Job Description
Albamedia, a company leader in IT Distribution in Albania, established in 2004, seeks a dynamic IT Sales Category Manager with a strong sales orientation. This role demands a proactive approach to managing our IT sales category. The successful candidate will lead sales strategy development, drive customer engagement, and achieve sales targets through effective market analysis, pricing strategies, and sales team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop sales strategies for the IT sales category to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct market analysis to identify sales opportunities and understand competitor strategies.
- Develop and implement pricing and promotional strategies to enhance profitability and market share.
- Actively manage and evaluate supplier relationships to ensure a competitive and diverse product portfolio that meets the evolving needs of the market and customers.
- Strengthen relationships with key clients and develop new customer engagements to expand sales.
- Manage inventory levels to align with sales forecasts and customer demands, ensuring optimal product availability for all sales initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related fields.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in category management or related fields, preferably in IT sector
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing sales strategies.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and team management skills.
- Fluency in English and high computer proficiency.
